마르 1,7-11 주님 공현 대축일 전 금요일


아기 예수님께서 우리에게 오셨고,
새로운 한 해가 시작되었고,
오늘 복음을 통해
예수님의 공생활이 시작됨을 봅니다.
새로운 시작입니다.

예수님께서 세례를 받고
가장 먼저 들으신 말씀은
“너는 내가 사랑하는 아들,
내 마음에 드는 아들이다.”입니다.
무엇을 해서가 아닙니다.
앞으로 무엇을 할 것이라서가 아닙니다.
존재 자체로 사랑받는이라는 것을 말씀하십니다.

새로운 시작,
사랑받는 존재가 되기 위해
실천해야 할 것들은 잔뜩 세워놓고,
아직은 잘하고 있어…
또는 작심삼일로 벌써 좌절하며
하루하루를 보내고 있는 건 아닌지 모르겠습니다.
오늘 하루는 그저 나를 지긋이 바라보시며
“너는 내가 사랑하는 아이,
내 마음에 드는 이란다.”
말씀하시는 하느님 안에 머물러봤으면 합니다.

Mk 1:7-11
This is what John the Baptist proclaimed:
“One mightier than I is coming after me.
I am not worthy to stoop and loosen the thongs of his sandals.
I have baptized you with water;
he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

It happened in those days that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee
and was baptized in the Jordan by John.
On coming up out of the water he saw the heavens being torn open
and the Spirit, like a dove, descending upon him.
And a voice came from the heavens,
“You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”
